General Promotion & Giveaways Terms & Conditions
By entering any promotion, you agree to all promotional requirements and to the following General Terms & Conditions:
All prizes are subject to availability.
Open to residents of the Republic of Ireland unless stated otherwise. Employees of MJSC, its owners, agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible. MJSC reserves the right to verify identity and eligibility.
One entry per person unless otherwise specified. Entries via agents, third parties, multiple identities, or multiple email addresses are not allowed.
Automated entries or entry-generating programs are prohibited and will be disqualified.
MJSC may disqualify entries that are late, incomplete, corrupted, lost, illegible, or otherwise invalid.
Prizes must be collected from MJSC. If a prize is not collected within the stated timeframe, MJSC may select a new winner or re-issue the prize in a future promotion. No compensation will be provided.
MJSC organises promotions in good faith but accepts no liability for loss or damage resulting from participation or prize use, except where required by law.
MJSC may modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate a promotion—or disqualify participants—without notice if fairness or integrity cannot be maintained or if unethical behaviour is suspected.
No cash alternatives. If a prize becomes unavailable, MJSC may substitute a prize of equal or higher value. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold.
Winners must respond within 31 days of the closing date. Failure to respond may result in loss of entitlement, and MJSC may award the prize to another participant.
Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity. MJSC may publish first name, surname initial, age, and/or town/city.
If a prize is unavailable, a prize of similar value/specification will be provided.
The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
These standard Terms & Conditions apply alongside any specific promotional terms. If there is a conflict, the specific terms take precedence.
Winners will be contacted by email, Facebook, Instagram or phone and must confirm their details to collect the prize.
