Participants will not only connect with real customers in a bustling shopping centre environment but will also gain vital skills in product development\, marketing\, and customer engagement. \nTo uphold best practice in food safety\, all participating students will complete a Certificate in Food Hygiene Level 1 before trading begins. This valuable qualification ensures they start their journey into food production and entrepreneurship with confidence\, professionalism\, and a strong foundation in safe food handling. \nApplications are now open!
