I’m back with my November outfit post for MacDonagh Junction. This time I went to Dunnes for my outfit and it was hard to pick just one! The quality of clothes in Dunnes at the moment is outstanding. I opted for this grey on grey outfit. I think people can sometimes be afraid to colour block, but it can actually be very striking. When you mix a variety of different shades and textures it ensures that it’s kept interesting.
These charcoal grey pants are great, they’re high-waisted, which, let’s be honest, we all need at this time of year! They’re also very stretchy which makes them so
I paired the pants with this striped rib top with a mock neck. I really like the neck on this top, its high enough to tick that polo neck trend without being too high or bulky.
The boots are made from soft leather and have a zip detail. If you like to wear your boots with dresses, these would be the perfect investment for you, as these
look just as good with bare legs as they do with jeans tucked into them. The quilted black bag is very much Chanel inspired. It’s beautiful and could take you from day to night. The gold chain adds that touch of glamour.
This fur stole is one of my favourite pieces this autumn. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw– it actually inspired the rest of the outfit! A faux-fur stole is such a handy piece to have– you can wear it as an accessory as I did here but it’s great for the party season too when you may not want to wear a coat but need something over your shoulders. I love this one as it is really long and has a clasp to secure it in place. Trust me, you’ll regret it if you don’t buy it!
